How do I know which service I need?
If you're feeling unsure, the best place to start is an Initial Consultation. We review your space, your goals, your style and your priorities, then recommend the most suitable service based on your project scope.

What happens during an initial consultation?
Your consultation is a 1–1.5 hour session where we:
• Discuss your style preferences, goals and challenges
• Explore ideas around layout, materials and colour direction
• Review your plans or walk through your home
• Provide verbal recommendations, guidance and clarity
• Map out clear next steps so you feel confident moving forward
After the session, we follow up with a summary of what we covered and suggested pathways.

How do payments work?
We use a staged payment structure, standard for boutique studios, to keep the design process smooth and transparent.
Consultation Fee — due 24 hours prior
This secures your booking and allows us to prepare tailored direction and notes.Design Stage Payments
Larger services are separated into clear stages such as:
• Concept & Direction
• Documentation & Drawings
• Final Delivery
You only pay as each stage is delivered.

Do you work on renovations, new builds or existing homes?
Yes — we work across all project types:

Can I book you just for colours and materials?
Yes — this is one of our most popular services.
A Material Specification Palette gives you a cohesive, intentional scheme for your home, including cabinetry, stone, tiles, paint, flooring and tapware.
Many clients also add an Accompanied Shopping Trip, where we guide you through showrooms to compare finishes and feel confident in your selections.

Do you design custom joinery?
Yes. We can design bespoke joinery such as kitchen layouts, wardrobes, entertainment units, studies, wet bars and storage solutions.
You’ll receive detailed drawings and specifications ready for your builder or cabinetmaker.

Do you offer 3D renders or visualisations?
Yes — for select spaces such as kitchens, living rooms and custom joinery. 3D visualisations help you see the final look before committing to materials or layout decisions.

Do you source furniture and decor?
Yes. We can provide curated selections or a complete shopping list.
For clients wanting full support, we can also manage procurement for certain items, using trade suppliers where applicable.

Do you take on smaller jobs?
Yes — you don’t need a full renovation to work with us.
We handle everything from paint colour selections to full home palettes.
Smaller projects are usually handled through a consultation or a focused service.

How far in advance should I book?
Consultations typically book 1–3 weeks ahead. Documentation-heavy projects may have a longer lead time.
